Important News for Permanent Residents and Refugees who Live in Ontario

VSTEP and the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada have recently negotiated a contractual agreement whereby all successful applicants to the program who hold proof of permanent resident or refugee status and can demonstrate that they live in Ontario will not have to pay any registration fees or charges for materials for VSTEP 2008.
